Returned products must be unused, unopened, in their original condition, and accompanied by original packaging, labels, accessories, and invoices where applicable.

Replacement Policy

Replacements are available only when a product is received physically damaged, broken, leaking, tampered with, or otherwise damaged during transit.

Customers must report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damaged area for verification.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved by our team. Approved refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method used during purchase whenever possible.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible and the order will be subject to the applicable return eligibility conditions.
